Life Coaching Ministry 101

The Christian Life Coaching Ministry course provides a robust framework for those called to help others navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and growth through a Christ-centered perspective. This course moves beyond traditional secular coaching by weaving together core coaching competencies—such as active listening, powerful inquiry, and action planning—with essential theological principles like stewardship, discernment, and spiritual formation.

Students will explore the unique identity of a "Coach Minister," learning how to facilitate transformation while maintaining healthy boundaries and honoring the role of the Holy Spirit in the lives of their clients. By the end of this course, participants will be prepared to launch a coaching ministry that is practical, ethically grounded, and deeply committed to seeing individuals fulfill their God-given potential.
